HEAD FASHION DESIGNER WOMENSWEAR (M/F/D)
Relocation to Prague required
ragwear is an established, owner-managed streetwear brand founded in 1997 and based in Prague. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head Designer Womenswear who will lead the creative development of our women’s collections with vision, innovation and a strong understanding of the European market.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the womenswear collection from concept through to production
- Guide, mentor and manage the womenswear design team, ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintain and evolve ragwear’s design DNA
- Conduct trend, market and competitor research, incl. trade shows and store checks
- Build seasonal concept, colour and fabric direction boards
- Collaborate closely with Sales and with Design & Production
- Ensure adherence to the internal critical path
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, ideally in a senior or managerial role
- Strong background in streetwear / street fashion is essential
- Excellent trend awareness and strong technical skills (sketching, materials, construction basics)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office
- Advanced written and spoken English (daily communication)
- Creative, proactive, structured and team-oriented
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Relocation to Prague is a must
