PR & COMMUNICATION MANAGER (M/F/D)

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US – YOUR JOB:

• Communication & Strategy: You maintain an overview of all channels and shape our communication strategy – from editorial planning to content, strategically, with strong implementation skills and a clear eye for impact.
• Editorial & Storytelling: You develop collection texts, press releases and editorial contributions – with a feel for tonality, storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Brand alignment: You ensure that every communication measure presents our brand in a valuable, consistent and unmistakable way – in images, text and across all touchpoints.
• Networking & Partnerships: You build a strong partner, agency and celebrity network and actively implement collaborations – for maximum visibility and presence of our brand.
• Brand Ambassador: You represent Rich & Royal at fashion events, press days and exclusive appointments – hand in hand with our Brand Director, authentically and confidently.
• Teamwork makes the Dream work: You work together with design, graphics and marketing across departments to think and implement brand communication holistically.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING – YOUR SKILLS:

HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET’S TALK

• You have successfully completed your marketing studies and have the necessary know-how to promote our brand with ambition and creativity.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally with a fashion brand.
• You have a strong, meaningful network in the fashion industry.
