Customer Service Germany (part-time)

Would you like to be the link between our retail partners and our internal processes and optimize them? Are you motivated to take business processes to the next level as a key figure in a company?

As a sales support specialist, you are the crucial link between our retail partners (B2B customers), our sales team and the internal organization. You navigate the complex world of B2B sales with precision and passion. With your sharp analytical mind, your commercial knowledge and your drive to continuously improve workflows and processes, you ensure that all interactions with our retail partners run smoothly and efficiently.

What are your tasks in this varied role?

  • Telephone customer support for B2B customers in Germany. Germany is a fast-growing market for our NZA brand
  • Monitoring and optimization of the entire order flow
  • Interaction and process optimization with the brand’s internal and external sales organization
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in merchandise management and control of the brand’s wholesale POS
  • Actively participate in strategic projects, including the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Identifying trends and improvement opportunities for sales processes
  • Managing, monitoring and supporting the logistics process

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained some experience – for example in customer service, sales or administrative processes.
  • You like to work in a structured way, think ahead and find pragmatic solutions when processes are not working optimally.
  • New tasks don’t scare you off – you quickly get an overview and keep your focus even when things change and at peak times.
  • You communicate clearly and in a service-oriented manner in daily exchanges with our retail partners; at the same time, you work closely with Sales and provide support where you are needed.
  • German at native speaker level and very good English skills will help you in this role.
  • Data, tools and modern technologies don’t scare you – on the contrary: you are keen to improve processes with digital possibilities.
  • Flexibility is a matter of course for you: for example, you will support the sales team during the sales period or help to ensure good organization in the showroom – and in return you will gain deep insights into the brand and the market.

Practical details:

  • Working hours: 24 hours per week (possibly more by arrangement)
  • Location: NZA Showroom Düsseldorf in the Medienhafen (at least 3 days per week, working hours can be spread over the week)
