Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of Bundeswehr clothing – from shoes to helmets – from specification to tendering, awarding and quality assurance to logistics, sales and refurbishment.
We thus clothe around 250,000 active soldiers, reservists and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr.

We are looking for you – as part of a sickness cover – temporary until 31.12.2026 – full-time – for our service station in Roding as:
Tailor / Seamstress (f/m/d)
In addition to warehousing, the service station is responsible for all business processes including fitting, undressing, refitting and exchanging for our customers and also offers services such as tailoring.
YOUR TASKS:
- Tailoring and special alteration work
- Taking measurements and marking out clothing
- Alteration and tailoring work
- Advice and service for customers
- Support with stocktaking and other special tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training as a tailor or several years of professional experience
- Knowledge in the field of uniform and cloth clothing is desirable
- PC skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting with an independent way of working
- Timely and careful way of working with high quality awareness
