Our client is a leading, innovative and national sports retailer with four locations in the Stuttgart area. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a sports-enthusiastic Branch Manager / Store Manager (m/f/d) at the Göppingen location.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the success of the store together with your team
- Managing and coaching your team
- Assortment management and organization of the product presentation
- Success monitoring with business KPIs
- Reporting line to the management
- In the future, responsibility for logistics and purchasing management for a product range area is conceivable
Your qualifications
- Professional experience in sports or textile retail
- Experience in a comparable position with personnel responsibility is a plus
- Positive and confident demeanor and competent in customer contact
- Management style characterized by motivation and team spirit
- Organizational talent and confident handling of KPIs, merchandise management systems and MS Office
