For our headquarters in Murg, we are looking for a manager with several years of experience in the textile industry who will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of our international production partners in the swimwear sector.
This position is a central management function at the headquarters of an international fashion company.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the production coordination of our international textile partners
- Monitoring and ensuring delivery deadlines
- Capacity checks and adjustment of the production plan if necessary
- Close coordination with technology and production planning
- Checking and approving technical documents (cut, processing, materials)
- Central contact person for queries from the production facilities
- Occasional travel to production partners
- Management of a team of 4 employees
- Maintenance of production master data
- Work preparation for production
Our new team member should have:
- Completed clothing technology training or studies
- German language skills and very good written and spoken English skills
- Commitment and ability to work in a team
- Careful, structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of PC applications, especially MS Office
- REFA knowledge is an advantage
