Specialist Coordinator (m/f/d)
Quality Control Clothing Technology
Within our procurement process, our quality control department is responsible for goods inspections of approx. 6000 articles in accordance with DIN ISO 2859-1. These non-destructive finished goods inspections of clothing and equipment range from inspections during production at the supplier's premises to technical acceptance after delivery of the new goods to our warehouses. The quality controls will be usefully expanded by the future assumption of responsibility for processed and stored goods. Due to our growth, we are looking for active support for our team as soon as possible. We will provide you with structured and comprehensive training in your new area of responsibility.
YOUR TASKS:
- You will ensure compliance with and optimization of technical processes and specifications for the technical acceptance of clothing and equipment at our locations
- You will be responsible for conducting technical qualification training and training courses on our processes, procedures and standardized processes
- You plan and carry out quality controls and product audits
- You will also be responsible for developing and revising work instructions, forms, checklists and audit-proof test reports
- You coordinate and monitor quality controls by external service providers
- You will ensure compliance with and inclusion of quality-relevant key figures
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training as a clothing technician and/or completed studies in clothing technology
- Experience in the implementation of training and education desirable
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and garment / shoe manufacturing
- Solid know-how in quality assurance methods and a strong quality awareness
- Ideally experience with process audits
- Routine with MS Office and practice in the use of SAP modules in the apparel industry
- Sense of responsibility, objectivity and integrity as well as strong teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German and conversational English
- High willingness to travel, currently 50-60%, primarily throughout Germany
