POS-MANAGER (M/F/D)
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US - YOUR JOB:
- Brand at its best: You bring the brand to life at the POS and ensure a consistent brand presence
- Sales push: You set impulses at the POS and design experience-oriented campaigns - from events to trade fairs
- Inseason Drive - seasonal management with impact: Together with the Area Sales Manager, you take over inseason management and get your areas up and running
- Data with Impact: You analyze sales figures, identify potential and deliver actionable area reports
- People Power: You regularly train the sales staff - for better advice, more brand feeling and real customer experiences
- On site & in the showroom : You look after shop-in-shop areas and soft stores and support the sales team with orders in the showroom
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING - YOUR SKILLS:
HARD SKILLS - NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK
- You have successfully completed your studies or training with a focus on sales, marketing or retail.
- You have already gained some professional experience in fashion sales or POS management.
- You live in the greater Munich area, Nuremberg or the region in between.
- You have knowledge of industry-standard key figures and have strong analytical skills.
- You have knowledge of and an affinity for visual merchandising and have a good feel for spaces and their optimization potential.
- You have experience in using an order entry program.
