Clothing for the Bundeswehr is our job.
Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of Bundeswehr clothing – from shoes to helmets – from specification to tendering, awarding and quality assurance to logistics, sales and processing.
We thus clothe around 250,000 active soldiers, reservists and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr.
The career opportunities we can offer our approximately 1,900 employees at our headquarters in Cologne or at one of our 110 locations throughout Germany are as varied as our task. We offer secure jobs and are constantly growing.
Employee (f/m/d)
Incoming goods inspection / quality control
The clothing center (BZ) is one of our modern, fully automated large warehouses. Goods are stored, picked and dispatched to our service stations in the BZ. It thus forms the interface between the procurement and distribution of workwear for our soldiers. The external warehouse in Osterrönfeld supports our clothing center in Rendsburg.
Quality inspectors from various disciplines check the quality of the new and used clothing and equipment delivered when goods are received. Only goods that meet the agreed quality standards are recognized as proper deliveries and become the property of the Bundeswehr.
Quality inspection therefore plays an important role in quality assurance.
