Specialist (m/f/d)
Textile development processes
YOUR TASKS:
- You will analyze and classify tenders, derive clear work packages from them and create and maintain functional and requirement specifications
- You prepare time sheets, evaluate them and use them to create key figures and reports from which you derive optimization potentials
- You continuously track project progress and team status, maintain schedules, milestones, status reports and dashboards
- You organize and record meetings and ensure the consistent follow-up of action items
- You identify risks, deviations and optimization potential and address these in a structured manner to project management
- You build up the material library for the development area and manage it on an ongoing basis
- You coordinate the onboarding of new employees, prepare access and documents and manage office materials and office supplies
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have completed training in clothing technology (textile / clothing technology, cutting technology, product development)
- You have professional experience in the textile or clothing technology environment
- You have in-depth knowledge of materials (fabrics, trims, processing, quality and testing requirements)
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, pivot, data validation)
- You have experience in the analysis of tenders and in the creation of functional and requirement specifications
- You have practical experience in data preparation and reporting and are experienced in creating structured meeting minutes and tracking action items
- You have strong organizational skills, confident team and task management skills and a quick grasp of new ideas
