At our location in Kleinheubach (approx. 60 minutes south of Frankfurt/Main) we are currently looking for a motivated team member in the area of work preparation/technical development.
Your tasks
- Creating, revising and maintaining technical documents such as technical sketches, model descriptions, dimension tables, material specifications, processing instructions and parts lists
- Creating technical sketches with Adobe Illustrator
- Responsible for managing interface and team communication with design, production and technical teams as well as external partners
- Ensuring the correct implementation of technical requirements throughout the entire development process
- Responsibility for the systematic maintenance and clear documentation of all product-relevant data
- Support for technical queries from production, design and internal departments
- Accompanying and monitoring the development process from the design briefing to the production-ready document
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in the field of clothing technology, product development or similar
- Professional experience in technical product development or a technical department in the clothing industry
- Confident handling of technical documents, dimension tables and production-relevant documentation
- Experience in creating technical sketches with Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as routine in dealing with digital tools/ PLM/ERP systems
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working with an understanding of production processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills within interdisciplinary teams
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and proactive work in the development process
- Good written and spoken English skills
