What you do with us
- As a department manager, you ensure that our customers feel completely at ease in your department and are offered a high level of service, support and advice
- You will continuously analyze sales and KPIs, derive recommendations for action and ensure the success of the department while adhering to the personnel budget
- The management and development of your team plays a central role through open communication at eye level, clear targets and transparent interaction with each other
- You will also be responsible for personnel deployment and vacation planning
- You will be responsible for implementing the company's strategic guidelines within the department
This suits us if...
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in conjunction with an additional qualification such as a commercial specialist, assistant or business economist (m/f/d)
- You have a high level of expertise in the textile sector and market knowledge in the goods sector
- You have already gained several years of extensive management experience
- You have a feel for customer needs and trends
- Cost and profit-oriented thinking and acting as well as an understanding of business contexts are a matter of course for you
- A high level of commitment and service orientation as well as a pronounced service orientation
- You have excellent communication skills and an affinity and know-how for employee development
