- Completed training in clothing technology or studies or comparable
- At least 3 years of experience in the above-mentioned tasks
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing and a strong awareness of quality
- Experience in technical cooperation with product development, cutting technology and international production partners
- Experience with international quality and safety certifications (e.g. OEKO-TEX, GOTS, PPE regulations) an advantage
- Confident handling of IT systems - ERP, PLM, evaluation tools (e.g. quality analyses and evaluations)
- Willingness to travel in an international environment
- Enjoy supporting and developing international production partners
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Quality Manager (m/f/d) - Clothing Technology
What you can expect:
- Ensuring Schöffel quality standards from product development to delivery
- Technical support of products from development to series production with a focus on quality and production feasibility
- Close cooperation and technical coordination with the development and product teams of the SPORT, TEC and PRO business units
- Qualitative production release of Schöffel products in your area of responsibility
- Control and monitoring of finished part inspections (AQL inspections) at our international production partners including documentation and evaluation of the inspection results
- Ensuring quality development at our international producers through targeted measures
- Contact person for producers for quality issues during production
- Processing complaints and quality defects and initiating improvement processes
- Analyzing customer complaints and deriving appropriate quality measures
- Quality analyses including determination of error rates for internal and external further processing
- monitoring and implementation of international certification standards and compliance with relevant standards, especially in the area of PPE and environmentally friendly textile certifications
