POS Manager (m/f/d)
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US – YOUR JOB:
- Brand at its best: You bring the brand to life at the POS and ensure a consistent brand presence
- Sales push: You set impulses at the POS and design experience-oriented campaigns – from events to trade fairs.
- Inseason Drive – seasonal management with impact: Together with the Area Sales Manager, you take over Inseason management and get your areas up and running.
- Data with Impact: You analyze sales figures, identify potential and deliver actionable area reports.
- People Power: You regularly train sales staff – for better advice, more brand feeling and real customer experiences.
- On site & in showroom: You look after shop-in-shop areas as well as soft stores and support the sales team with orders in the showroom.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING – YOUR SKILLS:
HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET’S TALK
- You have a background in sales, retail or POS management and at least one year of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- You live in the Düsseldorf area.
- You are confident in using an order entry program, think entrepreneurially and manage your business confidently on the basis of KPIs.
- You have knowledge of and an affinity for visual merchandising and have a good feel for spaces and their optimization potential.
