What You Can Expect:

You’ll be close to your team (17 employees in sportswear, children’s clothing, and lingerie), close to the sales floor, and right in the thick of things. You won’t (just) manage from the office—you’ll be present, supporting, motivating, and helping your employees grow.

Here’s what you’ll do specifically:

• You’ll lead and develop your team with passion and clarity
• You foster motivation, a positive atmosphere, and genuine sales energy
• You keep an eye on the numbers and actively manage your departments
• You plan staff schedules and ensure smooth operations
• You implement product displays and visual merchandising in a way that drives sales
• You work closely with the purchasing department
• You contribute ideas on how we can improve even further

What’s important to us:

We’re not looking for a perfect resume—we’re looking for the right personality!

You have retail experience and have already taken on responsibility—perhaps as a deputy manager or team leader. You enjoy sales and retail, are approachable, and know how to inspire your team. You’re willing to work on Saturdays (about 2–3 Saturdays a month with time off in lieu)—that’s no problem for you.

You’re not afraid of numbers, and you work in a structured and independent manner. Above all, you’re eager to get things done rather than just manage them!
