YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and advancing key sustainability, ESG, and quality initiatives throughout the entire value chain
- Analyzing collections and products from the perspectives of sustainability, regulatory compliance, and quality
- Responsibility for certifications, product-related documentation, and external sustainability and quality audits
- Monitoring and implementing legal requirements (e.g., EU Green Deal, Digital Product Passport, product compliance)
- Managing ESG reporting, sustainability budgets, and data-driven sustainability processes (including CO₂ accounting)
- Further development of transparent and responsible supply chains
- Coordinating external material and product testing and ensuring product safety and quality standards
- Maintaining relevant product, certification, and item data for internal processes and B2B partners
- Supporting the production team with ingredient procurement
- Further development of the sustainability strategy and implementation of strategic sustainability projects
YOUR PROFILE
- A successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in sustainability, textile management, or quality management
- Several years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, quality assurance, or compliance
- Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and regulatory requirements
- A structured, conceptual approach to work
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel
