Our growing Design & Development Department is looking to expand its team with a
Senior Patternmaker (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating initial patterns based on design sketches
- Conducting fittings to ensure a proper fit
- Grading using the LECTRA CAD system
- Creating pattern sets with guaranteed fit and the associated technical documentation
- Continuously optimizing fit and construction in close collaboration with our design and development team as well as our sample sewing department
Our new team member should have:
- A solid background in apparel and patternmaking
- Proficiency in using the LECTRA CAD system
- A deep understanding of pattern-making techniques
- Ideally, several years of experience in patternmaking
- Good knowledge of sewing and manufacturing processes
- Experience in the swimwear/lingerie sector (preferred)
- Proficiency in English for communicating with our production partners
- Commitment, flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work well with others
