We are an established, owner-managed fashion company and are known in the industry for exclusivity and efficiency. Since we operate both a German and a Swiss company, we are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded individual who can holistically manage our commercial and operational processes and position them for the future.
Your Area of Responsibility – Strategy & Operations
- Finance & Controlling: You will be responsible for liquidity and credit limit planning, as well as the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements for our German and Swiss units.
- IT Management: You will manage our IT infrastructure, serve as the point of contact for external partners, and actively drive digitalization (ERP/merchandise management).
- Warehouse & Logistics: You will maintain strategic oversight of the warehouse and optimize the flow of goods as well as process costs.
- Management Reporting: As the right-hand person to the executive management, you provide in-depth analyses and key metrics to support decision-making.
- Cross-Border Management: You coordinate the financial specifics between Germany and Switzerland (taxes, customs, currencies).
What You Bring to the Table
- Expertise: A college degree with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification with a deep understanding of business operations.
- Professional Experience: You have at least 10 years of solid experience in financial management or senior controlling, ideally in a mid-sized company.
- Familiarity with Germany and Switzerland: You are familiar with the regulatory requirements of both countries or are highly motivated to familiarize yourself with the cross-border work environment.
- IT Proficiency: You are tech-savvy and know how to leverage modern systems to drive efficient processes.
- Language Skills: Very good German and English skills are essential due to our international focus.
- Leadership skills: You are a loyal partner to senior management and lead your team with clarity and empathy.
