Customer Service Representative with a focus on Key Account Management (m/f/d)
to our RAGMAN team in Waldshut.

We are a small, dynamic company in the fashion industry based in Waldshut. We combine a passion for design with professional service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly communicative individual who will not only support our customers but also actively contribute to their success.
Your Responsibilities – Where Service Meets Analysis
- Customer Support: You’ll be the primary point of contact for our key account partners as well as national and international specialty retailers.
- In-House Sales: You’ll manage the entire order processing workflow—from order entry and monitoring delivery dates to automatic restocking.
- Shelf Space Management & Analysis: For our key accounts, you’ll oversee and evaluate shelf space data. You’ll analyze sales figures and, in close collaboration with our agents, identify opportunities for optimization.
- International Support: You will handle correspondence and phone calls confidently in both German and English.
- Complaint Management: You’ll find confident and customer-focused solutions even in difficult situations.
- Liaison Role: You’ll work closely with our sales team and executive management.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: High school diploma (preferred) and a completed business apprenticeship.
- Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or internal sales.
- Analytical Skills: You enjoy working with data and have a deep understanding of key retail metrics (sales per square foot, sell-through rates, etc.).
- Language Skills: Very good German and English skills are essential due to our international focus.
- Soft Skills: You have strong organizational skills, work with precision, and maintain a positive attitude even during peak season
- Proficiency with Excel and Pivot Tables
