Process and Project Manager (m/f/d)
As part of the ongoing modernization of the Bundeswehr’s clothing and equipment, the Project and Process Manager plays a key role in implementing strategic change processes at the BwBM. This position supports the Product Development Department in shaping the interface between the Bundeswehr and BwBM, as well as internal interfaces, in an efficient and forward-looking manner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for mapping, documenting, and analyzing existing processes in collaboration with specialist departments, with the goal of shortening process lead times, increasing transparency, and achieving efficiency gains.
- In addition, you will develop, design, and facilitate workshops on project and process assessment and design.
- In the course of this work, you will identify opportunities for optimization and develop proposals for improvement.
- Actively shaping and supporting change processes (change management), as well as assisting with the implementation of new processes and systems, rounds out your new area of responsibility.
- You will serve as the cross-functional technical lead for internal projects and manage them through all phases (initiation, planning, implementation, and completion).
YOUR PROFILE:
- A degree in business, public administration, or engineering, or an equivalent qualification, plus further training in project and process management
- Several years of professional experience in project and/or process management
- Ideally, experience in optimizing processes in service or retail companies
- Proficiency with MS Office, in-depth knowledge of project management as well as process analysis tools and methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Lean Management)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
