Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing patterns for new products, taking into account design and technical specifications
- Reviewing and approving production patterns to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards
- Using CAD systems for precise pattern development to increase efficiency and accuracy in the production process
- Implementing and integrating technical standards into product requirements while adhering to industry-specific guidelines
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of quality standards and promoting continuous improvement processes
- Managing and maintaining technical production documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Close collaboration with design and production teams to ensure consistent coordination throughout product development
- Monitoring production facilities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
- Testing and evaluating prototypes for performance and quality requirements
Your Path to CYBEX:
- A completed degree or vocational training as a clothing technician, patternmaker, or in a comparable field
- Extensive professional experience in pattern development, quality assurance, and production within the textile or fashion industry
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with CAD software for pattern making
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
- A structured, results-oriented approach to work and a high attention to detail
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop new solutions and pattern concepts
- Fluency in spoken and written English
