What to Expect
- A customized 15-month trainee program: hands-on and tailored to you and your interests to ensure your optimal professional development
- With your personalized work schedule, you’ll gain experience across all areas of fashion management for our product categories: children’s, women’s, and men’s apparel, as well as home and living
- You’ll be part of the team from the very beginning, actively contributing to the respective departments and taking on your own projects
- In the long term, we’d like to help you grow into a role in product management or buying—over the course of the trainee program, we’ll work together to discover where your greatest passion lies
- Product Management: You’ll help develop our collections from the initial idea onward, oversee the entire product range, and analyze individual product categories and their success factors to continuously optimize our collections
- Purchasing: You’ll place production orders with our long-standing, international suppliers, continuously develop our supplier portfolio, and work closely with them and our departments to source the best products for our customers
- In addition to professional development, we want to offer you opportunities for personal growth: training programs tailored specifically to trainees, feedback sessions with experienced experts, networking events, social engagement, and much more await you
What You Bring to the Table
- A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a comparable field
- You’ve gained initial experience through internships or previous training, which we can further develop together during the trainee program
- You combine fashion and business: Your infectious enthusiasm for fashion and your keen interest in analytical and business-oriented work set you apart
- A strong willingness to eventually take on product management responsibilities, an open and communicative demeanor, and strong persuasive skills—free from any cutthroat mentality
- Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English
