Incoming Goods Inspection/Quality Control
At our apparel centers, our merchandise is stored, picked, and prepared for shipment. The business processes range from goods receipt through quality inspection, storage, order picking, and goods dispatch.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Your responsibilities include processing incoming goods (new merchandise), including verifying that all items are present.
- You will be responsible for professionally inspecting the delivered clothing and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and proper manufacturing.
- You will identify, evaluate, and digitally document any discrepancies found.
- In addition, you will conduct the final inspection of the goods carefully and in accordance with defined quality standards.
- When necessary, you will also actively assist in handling customer complaints.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training as a seamstress, tailor, or shoemaker
- Ideally, professional experience as a quality inspector in the apparel, footwear, or leather goods industry, or another textile-processing sector
- A strong commitment to quality and an extremely meticulous and reliable work ethic
- Experience using digital systems/merchandise management systems
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
