As a substitute manager, you’ll serve as the right-hand person to the department manager. Together with your team, you’ll ensure a high-performing, inspiring sales floor and delight our customers with expert advice. With strong organizational skills, initiative, and a motivating personality, you’ll take on responsibility for day-to-day operations and reliably stand in for the department manager when they’re away.
