In our NIKE Retail Stores, we use special job titles for our positions: a store manager is the “Head Coach,” an assistant store manager is the “Assistant Head Coach,” a department manager is a “Coach,” a team leader is a “Lead,” and sales associates are “Athletes.”

As a Head Coach in Zweibrücken, you’ll:
- Create a welcoming environment in the store to ensure a unique shopping experience for our customers.
- Coordinate, support, and mentor a diverse team, and foster an excellent work atmosphere.
- Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales targets, optimize performance, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support and lead the implementation of NIKE strategies in the store (e.g., sustainability, NIKE membership, digital offerings).
- Provide insights that help optimize your store’s positioning in the local market.
- Ensure that all NIKE standards and guidelines are followed.
- Work in collaboration with various business partners from stores and headquarters.

What you bring to the table:
- A passion for NIKE and/or a love of sports
- 5 years or more of experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at a flagship store
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Extensive experience and expertise in providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- An independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- The talent to build, develop, and strengthen a strong team
- Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts
