Help us shape the performance of our retail spaces
Do you want to do more than just analyze numbers—do you want to actively influence sales, inventory management, and retail performance? Then join our Sales Controlling team. As a Merchandise Controller (m/f/d), you’ll work with Sales, Purchasing, and our retail partners to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right place—thereby making a significant contribution to the success of our retail spaces.
Your responsibilities as a team member at CASAMODA:
- You’ll manage our retail partners and support the field sales team in managing and further developing our retail spaces.
- As the liaison between Sales, retail partners, Purchasing, and internal departments, you ensure a smooth flow of information and merchandise.
- You analyze sales, inventory, and store performance data to help identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Together with the sales team and retail partners, you’ll develop measures to increase sales, optimize inventory, and improve store performance.
- You actively manage the flow of goods and ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right place.
- You will prepare regular analyses and reports and compile relevant key metrics for various business units.
- You’ll work with modern analytics and reporting tools and support the expansion of data-driven decision-making processes as well as the further development of our merchandise controlling.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable business-related field. Initial professional experience in controlling, sales, merchandise management, or a comparable field is a plus.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- You enjoy working with numbers and take pleasure in identifying patterns and deriving appropriate actions from them.
- You have a good understanding of key business metrics and an interest in merchandise, product lines, and retail space.
- You communicate confidently with a variety of contacts and enjoy working across departments; you are characterized by a structured and independent work style as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
- You have very strong Excel skills; experience with BI, reporting, or ERP systems is a plus.
- You have a strong affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and modern processes.
