In this key role, you’ll actively help shape the future of digital product presentation at PKZ. You’ll be responsible for photography, styling, and product content, ensuring that our product range is presented in a high-quality, brand-aligned, and inspiring way across all digital channels. With your keen sense for processes, quality, and innovation, you will continuously develop our production organization and drive the adoption of new technologies and artificial intelligence throughout the entire content value chain. In this way, you will lay the foundation for an outstanding digital shopping experience and strengthen PKZ’s competitiveness in the long term.
To complement our successful e-commerce team in Urdorf, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative individual to join us as Head of E-Commerce Production (100% ) effective November 1, 2026, or as mutually agreed upon.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You will assume overall operational responsibility for the areas of photography, styling, and product content. Together with your teams, you will ensure that all product content is delivered efficiently, with high quality, and on time for our digital sales channels.
- You will lead and develop the responsible team leads and their teams, fostering a performance-oriented, innovative, and forward-thinking collaborative environment. In doing so, you will create optimal conditions for efficient processes and the highest quality standards.
- You will be responsible for planning and managing the entire e-commerce production process and ensuring that product photography, styling, and product content consistently reflect our brand identity in a way that drives sales.
- You will analyze and optimize existing processes along the entire content value chain and consistently drive the further development of systems, workflows, and structures.
- You will identify opportunities in the areas of automation, artificial intelligence, and digital innovations, and actively shape the transformation toward a modern, scalable, and technology-driven production organization.
What Sets You Apart:
- You have a college degree in e-commerce, media production, business administration, or a comparable qualification, and you have several years of leadership experience in the areas of product content, photo production, content operations, or e-commerce.
- You have experience in establishing and optimizing processes and organizational structures, as well as in successfully implementing change and transformation projects.
- You’re passionate about modern technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence. Ideally, you’ve already successfully introduced or further developed AI-based solutions or digital production models.
- You think entrepreneurially, take a solution-oriented approach, and impress with your strong ability to execute as well as your outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- You are passionate about digital innovations, have a strong commitment to quality, and want to actively help shape the future of digital product presentation.
