Business Support Specialist (m/f/d) - TextilWirtschaft

Full-time | Frankfurt am Main, Germany | With professional experience | Hybrid

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for you to join us at our Frankfurt am Main location as a Business Support Specialist (m/f/d).

“Do you want to play an active role in shaping the success of our sales team, and do you enjoy bringing together data, processes, and organization? Do you work in a structured manner, contribute ideas, and maintain a clear overview even in a dynamic environment? If so, we look forward to getting to know you.” - Franziska Welp, Publishing Director, Textile Media

Here's what it's all about

As a Business Support Specialist, you’ll lay the groundwork for efficient and successful sales processes. You’ll refine existing workflows, support lead management, prepare relevant data and reports, and ensure that operational processes run reliably and in a structured manner. In doing so, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and publishing management, gradually taking on responsibility for your own areas of responsibility and projects.

  • You’ll serve as the central point of contact between Sales, Marketing, and the publishing division, ensuring that our operational processes run efficiently and smoothly
  • You will develop and oversee lead generation and lead management processes and assist with the implementation and evaluation of email journeys
  • You will optimize sales processes and digital workflows and identify opportunities for more efficient and structured workflows
  • You prepare data, reports, and analyses on sales-related metrics, thereby creating a reliable foundation for sales, marketing, and publishing management
  • You’ll support our sales team with quote preparation, reservation management, and other sales-related processes
  • You coordinate topic plans, trade show overviews, distribution list briefings, and other sales- and publishing-related topics
  • You will organize and coordinate deal phases, client meetings, onboarding sessions, and other organizational processes
  • You’ll contribute your own ideas and help continuously improve work methods and processes

What Sets You Apart

  • You have experience in an operational business, sales, or similar cross-functional role and a good understanding of sales processes
  • You have completed a business-related apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
  • You are proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, and ideally have experience with CRM systems and digital workflows. Knowledge of Adpoint and Power BI is a plus
  • You have a good understanding of data and processes and enjoy refining workflows
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
  • You communicate confidently and enjoy working across teams and departments

Your Benefits

  • A versatile role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and publishing
  • The opportunity to take on your own topics and projects
  • A varied role with creative freedom, where you’ll actively help shape and further develop processes, digital workflows, and new approaches
  • A motivated team with flat decision-making structures and a culture that values initiative, collaboration, and performance
  • Attractive benefits such as remote work, performance-based compensation, vacation pay, and a Christmas bonus, as well as a wide range of professional development opportunities

We look forward to receiving your application!
