Your Profile:
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in textiles, business, marketing, or a related field
- You have 3–5 years of professional experience in the textile industry
- You have excellent knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus
- You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel
- You are skilled in strategic thinking and working in a structured manner
- You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, with clear communication
- You have intercultural understanding, enjoy international collaboration, and are willing to travel internationally
Your responsibilities:
- You will support the Segment Director for Flat Knitting in the development and implementation of global brand and segment strategies
- You will maintain strong relationships with customers, agencies, and partners (Key Account Management)
- You will be responsible for preparing and coordinating global projects
- You will create and maintain forecasts, reports, and calculations using Excel
- You’ll work closely with international teams and cross-functional departments within the company
- You will actively anticipate market trends and contribute your own ideas for the segment’s further development
- You analyze international markets and identify relevant trends
- You’ll attend international trade shows and customer events
- You’ll help shape a positive, team-oriented work culture and foster team spirit
