Production, Management / Administration
Do you know that key figures and data analysis are the key to reliable planning and the optimization of manufacturing processes? And would you like to help us pave the way for the future-oriented development of our technologies and processes at the plant? Then take on all related activities as a Plant Management Advisor.
Working closely with plant management, you’ll be responsible for budget planning and control, compiling various key performance indicators, and reliably analyzing them.
You’ll conduct monthly reviews, prepare the resulting reports, and lead workshops as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP).
Naturally, you’ll want to turn your work into tangible results. That’s why you’ll independently coordinate process optimization projects in the technology, production, and logistics areas.
As you can see, this is a management-oriented role in which you can systematically grow into a future leadership position. We’ll support you in this with accompanying training and coaching sessions.
You are passionate about technologies, processes, and data in the manufacturing environment. You have already demonstrated this professionally after completing your bachelor’s degree in engineering. Your motto, even in the face of high quality standards: There’s always room for improvement.
You’ve already successfully completed training in continuous improvement (CIP) or Lean. Basic REFA training would also be an asset.
As a strong communicator and team player, you know how to “read” numbers and data correctly, draw the right conclusions from them, and translate them into actionable steps.
It goes without saying that you remain a calming influence even during hectic periods and are happy to roll up your sleeves to achieve optimal results.
Last but not least, you’re proficient in MS Office, confidently describe yourself as a power user in Excel, and ideally have already worked with SAP.
