Your Role—Your Responsibilities on the Team
You’ll use your customer service skills to provide personalized advice and support to customers in our store
Together with our in-store team, you’ll assist with sales, handle the checkout process, and ensure that merchandise in the store is always restocked and well-maintained
In consultation with the store manager, you’ll help manage inventory, ensuring smooth merchandise receipt, returns, and inventory organization
By contributing to visual merchandising, you can skillfully apply your eye for detail and aesthetics and help ensure that we present BOGNER in the best possible light in-store
Your talents - What you bring to the table
You have experience in the textile industry and, ideally, are also familiar with the luxury and premium segments
You enjoy sales and have a natural talent for dealing with discerning customers
You stand out for your high level of commitment, as well as your sense of responsibility and flexibility
In addition, you have a keen sense of our target audience’s style and are known for your empathy and impeccable taste
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
