From specifications through tendering, awarding contracts, quality assurance, and order management all the way to logistics and processing, Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of Bundeswehr clothing—from shoes to helmets.
We provide uniforms for approximately 250,000 active-duty service members, reservists, and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr.

In addition to warehousing, the service station is responsible for all business processes—including outfitting, refitting, re-equipping, and exchanges—for our customers and also offers services such as tailoring.
You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a team of approximately 8 employees.
You will be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing the processing of work orders.
Together with your team, you are responsible for providing comprehensive advice and equipment to soldiers regarding dressing and undressing, re-equipping, and exchanging gear.
You manage the operational processes at the service station—from receiving goods through storage and issuance to the return of goods—and continuously refine these processes.
You are responsible for all organizational tasks at the site.
You analyze operational metrics and report directly to the head of our Northern Region.
Bachelor’s degree or, at a minimum, a completed business apprenticeship
Relevant professional experience and at least two years of leadership experience in a comparable position (e.g., retail, wholesale, warehouse management)
Strong computer skills (particularly in Microsoft Office applications), ideally with experience using inventory management systems
High level of commitment and customer focus
Ability to work independently, combined with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
