For our design team, we’re looking for a creative individual to join us as soon as possible—someone with a passion for outerwear, a keen sense of trends, and the drive to develop strong and commercially successful collections.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and designing on-trend jackets and coats for our brands NAVAHOO®, MARIKOO®, and STONE HARBOUR®
- Analyzing international trends and researching colors, materials, fabrics, and silhouettes
- Creating mood boards, design concepts, technical drawings, and product details for collections that align with our brands
- Developing color, fabric, and trim concepts, and overseeing the entire product development process through to the finished collection
- Conducting fittings and continuously optimizing fits and product details
- Close collaboration with product management, buying, sales, and international suppliers
- Participating in trade shows, trend trips, and supplier meetings
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A successfully completed degree in fashion design or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in fashion design, ideally with a focus on jackets, coats, or outerwear
- A passion for urban fashion, product development, and commercially successful collections
- A keen sense of trends as well as in-depth knowledge of fits, materials, and manufacturing techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, PDM systems, and standard design and graphics software
- A structured, self-directed work style, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as a willingness to travel for international trade shows and supplier visits
- Experience with AI-powered tools and an instinct for using them creatively in the design process
