Apparel Technician (m/f/d) – Quality Management
The Role:

- Coordinating incoming goods inspections – ensuring efficient processes during final inspection in close collaboration with the responsible team
- Ensuring product quality – Conducting technical assessments of production defects, inspecting and approving size sets or counter samples, and making decisions regarding delivery defects in collaboration with the technical development team
- Handling supplier complaints – Analyzing, evaluating, and documenting complaints, and coordinating necessary actions with the technical departments
- Managing the timely processing of repair cases
- Maintaining and updating quality guidelines—responsibility for the Quality Manual, packaging instructions, and defect lists
- Recording and tracking—documenting discussed processes, managing rework (including technical instructions), and invoicing repair costs
- Optimizing quality standards – identifying and implementing improvements throughout the supply chain in close collaboration with the Development, Work Planning, and Purchasing departments
Our new team member should have:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in apparel technology
- Ideally, professional experience in swimwear and/or lingerie
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
