YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking sole responsibility for overseeing production and shipping of ready-to-wear and washable items in the categories of pants, skirts, blouses, blazers, jackets, and jeans
- Measuring and reviewing sales samples, size runs, and production samples
- Fitting samples on a model
- Updating size charts and adjusting and optimizing grading
- Ensuring proper fit and conducting quality assurance for fabrics
- Creating and reviewing production documentation
- Maintaining data for production-related documentation in the product management system (PLM)
- Monitoring production and delivery schedules
- Communicating with our suppliers worldwide
- Incoming goods inspection at the logistics center in Cologne
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed degree or vocational training in apparel technology
- Several years of professional experience in the fashion industry as a garment technician for ready-to-wear and washable items
- Pattern drafting and pattern making in the Gerber CAD system is a plus
- Excellent understanding of fit, quality, and pattern-making and manufacturing techniques
- Structured, conceptual approach to work
- Accuracy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to travel
- Fluency in English and German
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
