B2B Merchandise Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing business plans for key accounts / managed retail spaces
- Creating allocation plans per retail space
- Supporting designated partners in the following areas:

Inventory management (shipments, restocking, returns management)
- In-season merchandise management (best-sellers/slow-movers management, markdown recommendations, curated restocking)
- Order analysis (target vs. actual analyses by store, product group, and merchandise flows)
- Order preparation (theme and product group analyses, size distributions, integration of promotional planning)
- Support for order deadlines
- NOS Stocking and Control
- EDI Data Management & Controlling
- Further development of floor space reporting
Your Profile:
- A successfully completed degree in fashion, textile management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a buyer or merchandise planner—ideally in the premium segment of women’s fashion
- A keen sense of trends, quality, and style
- Analytical thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
