We are in the midst of further developing our digital content and imagery. Traditional photo shoots are already largely a thing of the past for us—instead, we rely on modern, AI-powered solutions like Midjourney and, in the future, Style3D for designing our private labels. By implementing a new PIM/MAM system, we’re also creating a central platform where image data from various sources is consolidated and made efficiently available for our online store, marketing, and campaigns.

Brand Stylist & Art Buyer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities with us:
Brand Styling & Art Buying
- Advising the purchasing department on product assortment selection and the placement of merchandise within the defined layout structures of our promotional materials
- Planning, organizing, and managing photo shoots
- Taking responsibility for art buying, including booking models and, in the future, creating and maintaining digital avatars
- Ensuring the timely delivery and handover of final image files to the creative department for the design of our promotional materials
Development and refinement of the digital visual universe
- Actively contributing to and further developing our new PIM/MAM system, which consolidates image data from Style3D, Fashion Cloud, and supplier sources
- Developing and implementing processes, standards, and workflows for AI-powered image production (including Style3D and Midjourney)
- Collaborating on the creation of digital avatars as a forward-looking alternative to traditional model bookings
- Serving as a liaison between Purchasing and Marketing
- AI-driven process and innovation development
- Development and optimization of productive AI applications through prompt engineering and the use of AI assistants
- Design and implementation of new AI-powered processes to increase efficiency in marketing and creative environments
- Application of generative AI technologies to optimize workflows and content creation processes
- Development of structured prompts and AI assistants for marketing, category management, presentations, and other business areas
- Identification and evaluation of new technologies and trends in the field of AI-powered image and content production

- A keen sense of fashion, colors, styling, and visual language—you know which looks and visual styles inspire our female customers
- Professional experience in brand styling, art buying, visual merchandising, or a comparable role within the fashion industry
- Strong affinity for digital tools, innovative technologies, and AI applications
- An independent, structured approach to work and the ability to actively help shape new processes and structures
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
- Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with various departments
