For a successfully established fashion company in the young fashion segment, we are looking for a style-defining personality who will clearly define the fashion signature of DOB in the future and consistently anchor it in the collection process.
The position is newly created and reports directly to the management. You will develop a clear stylistic guideline for the collection and translate trends into commercially successful looks for a trend-savvy target group.
Our client is a vertically positioned retail company with a strong store business and growing online sales in German-speaking countries. The company is based in southern Germany.
Your tasks
- Development of a clear stylistic brand DNA for DOB
- Conception and implementation of a brand-compliant styling and collection concept
- Analysis of trends, colors, silhouettes and materials
- Close collaboration with product management, purchasing and design
- Support with product range design and definition of key looks
- Development of seasonal color and style worlds
- Ensuring a consistent signature across all product groups
- Creating styling guidelines for purchasing, sales and marketing
- Coordination with Visual Merchandising for optimal product presentation
Your profile
- Degree or training in fashion, design or textile management
- Several years of experience in the women's wear environment, ideally in young fashion
- Strong sense for trends, silhouettes and materials
- Strong understanding of brand identity and target groups
- Experience in working with purchasing, product management and design
- Strong communication skills, a structured way of working and a high affinity for fashion
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel
