Your tasks

You love markets, customers, products - and want to create instead of manage?
Then you will help us build the next success story in the international equipment and outfits segment.

You will build up a deep understanding of our international markets and customers in the area ofEquipment & outfits and develop real growth potential from this. Together with our sales companies, you will identify and support key accounts, strengthen customer relationships and ensure that our collections reach exactly where they are needed. You will work closely with e-commerce, the Outfits Sales Manager, the BU Manager, the CSO and the Managing Directors of our international units and create a consistent, professional sales strategy across all channels.

You will represent our brand confidently at trade fairs, sales appointments and international events and ensure a strong presence. You plan seasonal sales, develop creative, retail-suitable sales concepts - from pre-order programs to clever co-marketing models - and keep an eye on stock levels and sales processes at all times. For slow-moving products, you will develop sales strategies and implement suitable campaigns independently.

Through constant exchange with customers and our teams in all countries, you will recognize trends and demand at an early stage and pass these insights directly on to product management. In this way, you will actively shape the product range and product planning for future collections and make a significant contribution to the further international growth of our Equipment & Outfits business unit.

Your profile

  • Training or studies in the field of clothing, textiles with several years of professional experience
  • Several years of sales experience in this area
  • Sales talent with a high level of empathy and strong closing skills
  • High affinity for key figures, their development and deriving measures from them
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
