Womenswear Buyer (m/f/d)

Your position:
You will play a decisive role in shaping the further development of the No1 Mode collections. With your sure instinct for trends, materials and fits, you will develop a product range strategy that inspires our customers and strengthens the brand. You analyze market and customer needs precisely and ensure that the range is attractive, target group-oriented and economically strong
Your tasks:
- Planning and managing production orders, taking delivery deadlines into account while maintaining ongoing communication with our international suppliers and agencies in Hong Kong and Thessaloniki
- Management of administrative processing - from ordering and sample approval to production release and handover to logistics
- Support and participation in order-related processes such as forecasting & planning, creation of design and creative templates, supplier appointments and negotiation rounds, sample approvals, etc.
- handover of products to sales, creation of product information, cooperation in photo shoots and visualization of the collection
- Analysis and monitoring of sales and inventory data, including derivation of concrete measures to optimize stock levels and accelerate sales
What makes you special:
- You have a degree in business administration/economics/supply chain management or textile management, alternatively a completed commercial or other trade-related degree with several years of experience in purchasing or product management in the women's wear sector - preferably in a private label environment
- You are familiar with international procurement markets, production processes and material qualities as well as costing, budget planning and KPI management. Thanks to your negotiating skills and experience in international sourcing, you manage supplier relationships confidently and sustainably
- You combine analytical strength with a strong understanding of trends and quality and enjoy working with production partners in Europe and Asia to bring high-quality products to market. You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication, team spirit and decisiveness
- You also work on your own initiative, in a structured and resilient manner
- Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage), willingness to travel and confident handling of MS Office round off your profile
