In this exciting and versatile position, you will play a key role in the strategic expansion of our own brand Paul Kehl DOB. With your passion for fashion, you will design a brand-strong range, develop collections with high relevance for our customers and ensure a targeted, commercially successful product world. Your expertise will make a decisive contribution to the positioning and further development of the Paul Kehl brand. To complement our successful team in Urdorf, we are looking for a committed personality as aBuyer Paul Kehl Own Brand Womenswear 80-100% from September 1, 2026 or by arrangement

What you will do:

• You will play a decisive role in shaping the further development of the Paul Kehl DOB collection. With your sure instinct for trends, materials and fits, you will develop a product range strategy that inspires our customers and strengthens the brand. You analyze market and customer needs precisely and ensure that the range is attractive, appropriate for the target group and economically well-positioned
• You are responsible for the entire product life cycle - from the initial idea to the development of qualities and final implementation - and ensure that CSR, compliance and sustainability standards are adhered to. Through your strategic and operational purchasing, you actively shape Paul Kehl's women's wear collection, select international and national suppliers and develop them further
• You monitor delivery performance, ensure adherence to delivery dates and quality and at the same time ensure the achievement of sales, margin and budget targets. Based on relevant KPIs, you derive measures to optimize results and manage them consistently
• In close cooperation with Design, Marketing, CSR, Visual Merchandising, Logistics and Retail, you will help to ensure that the collection is implemented coherently across all interfaces and is convincing at the point of sale

What makes you special:

• You have a completed commercial or retail-related apprenticeship EFZ and ideally further training in textiles, design, business administration or purchasing. With several years of experience as a buyer or product manager in the women's wear sector - preferably in the private label environment - you have the know-how to further develop the Paul Kehl brand in a targeted manner
• You are familiar with international procurement markets, production processes and material qualities as well as costing, budget planning and KPI management. Thanks to your negotiating skills and experience in international sourcing, you manage supplier relationships confidently and sustainably
• You combine analytical strength with a strong understanding of trends and quality and enjoy working with production partners in Europe and Asia to bring high-quality products to market. You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication, team spirit and decisiveness
• You also work on your own initiative, in a structured and resilient manner
• Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage), willingness to travel and confident handling of MS Office round off your profile
