your area of responsibility:
- You will be responsible for the technical support and further development of our outdoor product groups (sportswear, jackets and coats), ensuring an optimal fit, high-quality workmanship and the highest quality standards.
- You create and prepare technical documents such as processing guidelines, parts lists and dimension tables for our production facilities
- You are responsible for maintaining our PDM system
- You act as an interface between the Product/Design and Procurement departments and our international suppliers
- You organize fittings and contribute your know-how to optimize fit and processing
- You train and support our production partners with technical expertise and ensure compliance with our quality specifications
what you bring to the table:
- You have a degree or training in the field of clothing technology or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in technical product development or work preparation - ideally with a focus on woven clothing such as outdoor clothing, pants or jackets
- You are confident with PDM and/or CAD systems such as Assyst and have good MS Office skills
- You have a strong technical understanding of fit, processing and industrial manufacturing processes
- You work independently and in a structured manner and are characterized by good communication and teamwork skills
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
