Customer & Merchandise Manager (m/f/d)
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US - YOUR JOB:
- Customer Support: You will look after our wholesale and key account customers independently, service-oriented, professionally and with a full overview.
- Order Management: You will be responsible for order and complaint management including delivery monitoring and ensure an optimal supply of goods, taking into account limit planning.
- Performance Optimization: You evaluate orders and product range performance, derive specific measures and implement them consistently.
- Merchandise & Replenishment Support: You provide support in operational merchandise management & replenishment to ensure optimal merchandise management on our customers' sales floors.
- Teamwork & Coordination: You coordinate closely with Area Sales Managers, agencies and internal departments and ensure a smooth flow of information.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING - YOUR SKILLS:
HARD SKILLS - NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK
- You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in the field of business administration, business management or sales and have the necessary know-how to strategically support our key accounts.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally with a fashion brand.
- You are confident in using Microsoft Excel.
