Designer Sportswear (m/f/d)

What you can expect
- You bring our SCHÖFFEL design philosophy to life and authentically implement our mission statement and our competencies
- You develop innovative and brand-defining design concepts - from the first sketch to the finished product. You always keep an eye on target groups, economic aspects and trends in the relevant outdoor segment
- You create detailed drafts and design drawings including all relevant information for sample production
- You are responsible for the coloring of our models and define visual details as well as merchandising overviews with clear detail assignments
- You develop technical documents taking into account specified timelines, economic framework conditions and target group-relevant requirements
- You observe and analyze social, design and market developments - and derive creative impulses for our collections from them
- You support the creation of overarching design concepts, e.g. for colors, materials or logo guidelines, and present your results in relevant milestone meetings
- You implement our ingredient concept for the entire design area and manage and support the development of all relevant ingredients
You bring with you
- A degree in fashion design or comparable training at a private or state fashion school
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a creative role - ideally in companies in the sports or outdoor textile industry
- In-depth knowledge of the outdoor clothing market and a good feel for trends and target groups
- A high affinity for the outdoors - you are close to the topics that shape our products
- Confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Very good English skills to communicate confidently in an international environment
- Team spirit: You enjoy working with others and are actively involved
- Courage and openness to new ideas - you think outside the box and like to try out creative approaches
- A structured and focused way of working that still leaves room for creative processes
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and enthusiasm - combined with a genuine passion for functional and authentic products
