Since 1908, Mewa has been a family-owned company providing comprehensive textile solutions. With approximately 6,400 employees at 54 locations across Europe, we supply our customers with workwear, protective clothing, cleaning cloths, and other industrial textiles. Our sustained organic growth, strong values, and innovative solutions make us a stable and forward-looking employer.

With a strong network and excellent technical skills, you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for the maintenance and repair of our industrial and building services machinery and systems.
You’ll quickly and reliably identify and resolve any errors or malfunctions that arise, thereby preventing negative impacts on the environment, safety, and production.
You’ll also carefully supervise and oversee external service providers working on our premises.
With your technical expertise, you’ll ensure that our production machinery and industrial equipment operate reliably at all times. In doing so, you’ll draw on your knowledge of troubleshooting and fault resolution, as well as your experience with PLC-controlled systems and modern maintenance and documentation systems.

You’re a true professional—because after completing your training as an electronics technician for industrial systems, an automation technician, an energy and building systems technician, mechatronics engineer, or in a comparable field, you’ve already gained professional experience in an industrial setting.
It’s important to us that you’re up to date with the latest technology and familiar with the “inner workings” of modern manufacturing facilities.
And personally? You’re a versatile team player who tackles tasks with precision and great dedication.
With your strong technical understanding and structured approach to work, you can find the right solution even in challenging situations. You stand out for your sense of responsibility and team spirit, and you’re willing to continuously develop your professional skills and take on responsibility in shift work.
