As an experienced screen printer, you’ll contribute your expertise, share your knowledge, and play an active role in shaping a small printing shop in Turkey! The following responsibilities await you:
Optimizing production processes at a small textile printing shop in Turkey
Leading a 5-person production team
Checking print quality and implementing improvements to ensure high quality
Identifying and implementing optimizations in production workflows
Participating in the selection and setup of new printing machines in collaboration with the German management
Training, supporting, and guiding employees in their daily workflows
Work schedule: 3 weeks per month in Turkey, 1 week off, e.g., in Germany (travel expenses are covered)

Completed vocational training as a print media technologist or screen printer, ideally with a master craftsman’s certification and solid experience in high-quality textile screen printing
Strong commitment to quality, a structured and independent work style, and high motivation
Leadership experience and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of German, as well as ideally Turkish (preferred) or English (alternatively)
Proficiency in using standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
