Our brand is growing—especially internationally. To further drive the development of the SASSA brand as well as our private-label business, we are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in export and sales to serve as
Export Manager Europe (m/f/d)
In this role, you will hold a key position within our sales team. You will drive our international expansion, develop country-specific market strategies, and build long-term partnerships. Working closely with management and other departments, you will establish our brand and private-label segment in new markets and strengthen our position in the international marketplace.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for key account management in our export markets
- You will actively manage our sales partners based on relevant sales metrics
- You will further develop our export strategy and successfully implement it
- You will tap into new markets, identify suitable partners, and build sustainable business relationships
- You will contribute your ideas on brand positioning in new markets and translate customer needs into market-oriented initiatives
- You will coordinate market launches and design market-driven pricing strategies
- You will work closely with the Product Development, Marketing, and Logistics departments—both in Germany and with our central team in the Netherlands
Your Profile:
- A college degree with a focus on business or international studies
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the lingerie or fashion industry
- Confident in dealing with retail companies and key accounts
- A strong network in the European fashion and online retail sectors
- Strong understanding of brand building and targeting specific audiences
- Business-level proficiency in German and English—additional languages are a plus
- Independent, structured work style and a strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel actively within Europe
