In this key role, you’ll play an active part in shaping the future of digital product presentation at PKZ. You’ll be responsible for photography, styling, and product content, ensuring that our product range is presented in a high-quality, brand-consistent, and inspiring way across all digital channels. With your keen sense for processes, quality, and innovation, you will continuously develop our production organization and drive the adoption of new technologies and artificial intelligence throughout the entire content value chain. In doing so, you’ll play a central role in the further development and transformation of our production organization. You’ll challenge existing processes, design new ways of working, and successfully guide your teams through change. With a focus on automation, scalability, and artificial intelligence, you’ll lay the foundation for the content production of the future.
To complement our successful e-commerce team in Urdorf, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative individual to join us as Head of Content Production & Transformation (100% ) effective November 1, 2026, or as agreed.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You will assume overall operational responsibility for the areas of photography, styling, and product content. Together with your teams, you will ensure that all product content is delivered efficiently, with high quality, and on time for our digital sales channels.
- You know how to guide employees and managers through change processes, foster acceptance of new technologies and ways of working, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.
- You’ll be responsible for planning and managing all e-commerce production and ensuring that product photography, styling, and product content consistently reflect our brand identity in a way that drives sales.
- You identify opportunities for optimization and transformation early on and implement changes in a pragmatic and sustainable manner.
- You actively drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions and new digital production models, laying the groundwork for a more efficient, data-driven, and future-oriented production landscape.
What Sets You Apart:
- You have a college degree in e-commerce, media production, business administration, or a comparable field, and you have several years of leadership experience in product content, photo production, content operations, or e-commerce.
- You have proven experience in leading change processes and know how to successfully develop teams, structures, and processes.
- You are passionate about new technologies and, ideally, have already implemented automation, AI, or digitalization initiatives. In doing so, you understand both the technological possibilities and the human side of change processes.
- You think entrepreneurially, take a solution-oriented approach, and impress with your strong ability to get things done as well as your outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- You are passionate about digital innovations, have a strong commitment to quality, and want to actively help shape the future of digital product presentation.
