For our two Coordinates collections HABELLA and i'CONA we are looking for an experienced and inspiring
HEAD OF DESIGN (m/f/d)
with a passion for modern womenswear, commercial flair and the ambition to further develop strong collections together with a young, creative team.
YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the creative direction and collection development of the HABELLA and i'CONA brands
- Development of commercially successful Coordinates collections within the brand competence
- Trend, color and material research as well as development of themes, silhouettes and key looks
- Close collaboration with product management, purchasing and sales
- Management and further development of a young team of design assistants
- Managing and supporting the entire development process - from the initial idea to the ready-to-sell collection
- Participation in international trade fairs, trend trips and supplier meetings
- Ensuring a modern, market-driven and target group-oriented product focus
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in the field of fashion design
- Several years of experience in the design of DOB / coordinates
- Strong sense of trends combined with high commercial competence
- Very good understanding of fits, qualities and international markets
- Experience in leading creative teams
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of common design and graphics programs
