HEAD OF DESIGN WOMENSWEAR (m/f/d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Development of collection concepts (themes, colors, details, prints, key looks) along creative direction and strategy
- Technical and disciplinary management of the design team
- Management of market and target group-oriented collection development (quality, fit, costs)
- Organization and management of design and collection processes incl. concept meetings/workshops
- Close cooperation with technology, cutting, procurement as well as PM, sales and marketing - from the idea to the sales sample
- Research, trend analyses as well as trade fair and trend trips (national/international)
- Presentation and handover of collections to sales
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in womenswear design, ideally with management experience
- Completed studies in fashion design or comparable qualification
- Strong understanding of trends and target groups as well as conceptual strength in collection orientation
- Very good understanding of form, color and style as well as a strong understanding of quality and merchandise
- Structured, strong organizational skills and a good understanding of processes
- Team-oriented, strong communicator and hands-on; reliable and flexible
- Confident handling of industry-relevant design software
